Personalized Guided Imagery
This class is designed for health practitioners, therapists, and caregivers who seek to enhance their professional skills. As you learn how to develop imagery that provides immediate comfort and relief, you will discover it's power for managing pain, alleviating anxiety, stress and create wellness for those in your care. The concepts of imagination, relaxation and sound (including background and recording techniques) will be introduced and, through a series of imagery exercises, participant will learn to script and present original guided imagery.
